A Moment at Dawn

At dawn life is most still

Hardly a soul in sight

Only nature breaks the silence

between the darkness and the light

It’s before the sun rises

All of the world being its latter

That there’s a sort of serenity

Where nothing seems to matter

At times like this

They say its easy to find your head

So, could this be some sort of solace?

Or just another thing said

Let this image be a moment

One in which resembles peace

In this little city of Utica
