Perhaps now Adele remembers how it feels to have the world fall at her feet again, because it surely appears to have been that way for her these last couple of weeks with her new album “25” making history upon its second week of being released.
In its first week, “25” sold 2.3 million copies, surpassing *NSYNC’s American record and Hikaru.
Billboard is reporting that Adele’s new album will sell another million copies through the duration of its second week of being released.
“25” is the first album to to sell that many U.S. copies over the course of two weeks in the SoundScan era.
