De-stress Fest

Students who are in need to de-stress do not have to despair for too much longer. This year’s De-stress Fest is next week here at Utica College.

We know everyone’s beginning to feel overwhelmed if you aren’t already with finals week coming up.

The De-stress Fest will have everything from stress balls to even hitting a pinata. There will also be chair massages, tips on handling anxiety, calming teas, snacks, essential oil therapy, and much more.

Be sure to stop by the lounge in the Strebel Student Center on Wednesday, Dec. 9 from noon to 4 p.m.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas at UC

You’re going to want to mark Thursday, Dec. 10 in your calendars because it’s movie night at Utica College in the Strebel Student Center.

Utica College Programming Board (UCPB) is hosting a screening of “Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas.” S’mores, hot chocolate, and popcorn will be provided.

Grab your friends and be sure to come dressed in your pajamas. UCPB is going to hold a contest and will give prizes away to the ones who show up wearing the most holiday spirited, the coziest, and the most creative pajamas.

The movie will start at 7 p.m. in the Strebel lounge.

The event is sponsored by the Student Senate. For more information, you can email UCPB at ucpb@utica.edu
