You may call for reservations at each one of these locations.

The Truth about the Break Bus at UC

unnamed

The truth about the Break Bus at UC is that to understand it, you must experience it.

The truth about the Break Bus at UC is that you cannot beat a $70 round trip from Utica to NYC that picks you up 500 feet away from your room. #NoCabFare

The truth about the Break Bus is that when everyone is on the bus, THEY ARE ON THE BUS. The break bus is not quite, it is not a place to read your Sylvia Plath, no no no. It might be a place to read your Fifty Shades of Grey Novel, because a if you do not join the party, then at least have one in your head.

The truth about the Break Bus is that if I were to describe it in pop culture, maybe as a song, it would be Ellie Goulding’s “On My Mind”. If I decided to take the RnB route, It would an be just about any Outkast song. (But click the hyper link, because I chose one anyway).

The truth about the Break Bus is it sells out faster than you can say “supercalifragillisticexpialidocious”. And to all those who are thinking it, yes–to be fair, that is a pretty big word.

The truth about the Break Bus is you just gotta ride it. No one is more excited than a group full of people who get to escape the jaws of school work for a little while.

What is your truth about the Break Bus?

Sumo Japanese Steakhouse

Hibachi, sushi, spirits and entrees, there’s more to this Japanese cuisine than just the  average. Whether its grabbing sushi with friends, having dinner with the family at the hibachi grill, having a drink with a friend, or throwing a surprise birthday, Sumo has it all. Located in New Hartford, just on the outskirts of Utica, Sumos caters to your tastebuds for a reasonable price. For someone who has never been to sumos, I recommend the fried rice with yummy yummy sauce, (if you’re a regular, you know just what I’m talking about). Their menu also ranges from appetizers to adult entrees and kids entrees, to over 50 handmade sushi rolls. Their hibachi entrees are served with a soup and salad before every meal, which are always a nice starter to fill you up before you consume the real good stuff.
