See that? A Meme involves a photo with a caption at the very top of it, and one at the very bottom. Generally these are humorous creations, and really that’s what we want to see.
So, we’re reaching out to the community to ask that you create your very own Utica
meme for a chance to win a $10 Amazon Gift Card.
The rules are as follows (Pay close attention):
- Meme must be relevant to the city of Utica
- Meme must not be overly graphic in content (no excessive profanity or crudeness)
- Meme must be submitted before the contest end date of 10/22/2015 11:59 Eastern Standard Time (23:59) to the comments section of this post.
- Participation open only to Utica residents (students count and anyone out there).
- Must be made by the user and not taken from another source (we’ll know)
- Participants may only use the following photos:
Winner(s) will be chosen and can expect to be rewarded no later than 10/23/15 (23:59) Eastern Standard time (through e-mail). DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL 10/28/2015 23:59!
Based on the number of participants, the number of potential winners can max out to two. An individual may only win for one entry and may only submit one entry. Within reason, we reserve the right to alter rules based on foul play or new and relevant information that directly imposes upon this contest.
